 Shipping Policy Within USA:

Merchandise (the order above $400 – excluding tax) is shipped free, fully insured.

  • First, you will receive an email from PayPal with a receipt number after you have placed the purchase.
  • Second, you will receive shipping confirmation along with a tracking number from the carrier/us.

After your order has been processed (M - F excluding weekends/holidays), it will be delivered via one of these two carriers: UPS or USPS. Merchandise availability will determine which method is to be used.

Shipping Policy Outside USA:

Insured Shipping on the order Outside USA *AYURI is not responsible for any duties/taxes and any other regulatory for each shipping destination. 

  • First, you will receive an email from PayPal with a receipt number after you have placed the purchase.
  • Second, you will receive shipping confirmation along with a tracking number from the carrier/us.

After your order has been processed (M - F / USA time excluding weekends/holidays), it will be delivered via one of these three carriers: UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Merchandise availability will determine which method is to be used.

*Insured shipping charge for order USD2,000 and above will be billed separately.  You will receive an email from us on the total cost of the insured shipping charge, which will be charged to your credit card you have used to purchase the merchandise(s).

Under normal conditions, you will receive the merchandise within 7 to 14 business days after processing the order. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which AYURI has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. AYURI will take no action on these orders during that time. If the merchandise is suddenly over sold, then we would need to notify you via email for the refund of the unavailable products.  We will notify you via email when the product is available again.

For your security and prevent any frauds, we will ONLY deliver to the same address on file with your credit card company you used to purchase the merchandise(s) for all outside USA order and shipment. Therefore, there is NO shipping to an alternative address for the order & shipment outside USA.

We have a right to charge for insured shipping charges, handling fees and not to refund any credit on the undeliverable order.

  • If any order is returned by the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) to AYURI as “undeliverable” because the shipping address provided by the Customer was incorrect.
  • If the Customer, the order’s Recipient or anyone at the shipping address refuses to accept the package from the shipping carrier for any reason.

Our representative may contact you for additional information if necessary. AYURI.COM reserves the right to cancel any orders that are suspicious and those cases would be reported to proper authorities.

We offer our high quality gift box for all orders.  We do not offer any other special wrappings at this time.

For security reasons, delivery will only be made to street address only, no P.O. Boxes.


Return & Cancellation order & shipment within USA:  

Our products are of the highest quality and we inspect every order to meet for our highest standard prior to shipping. If you are discontent with the merchandise for whatever the reason, you can return it within 21 days (including weekend/holidays) from the date of your order.

Conditions of return:

  • All returns must be in original condition, unworn and an attached tag must not be removed. It cannot be altered by other jewelers, as well as have scratches, dents or nicks. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
  • The original documents and boxes should be sent back along with the merchandise.
  • Packages without a return confirmation number will not be accepted for refund.

Request the return confirmation number within 12 days including weekends/holidays from your order date.                                              

In your email subject box, type “Request the return confirmation number with your receipt #______"and in your email should state:
1) your receipt number from PayPal email upon your order
2) the item(s) you wish to return along with each item number of the merchandise (*available in the email from PayPal for your order))
3) a telephone number to contact you
(Best time to contact you: for example. West Coast USA 9am M-F)
4) the reason for your return

                                                                           

  • A return confirmation number will not be sent out to any emails received after 12 days from the order date.  There is no exception for this. This is because we are giving you enough time to ship back the item to us to meet 21 days return policy. For this reason, no refund will apply to the return confirmation number request email received after 12 days from the order date.
  • The item must be received at AYURI within 21 days (including weekends/holidays) from your order date.  Ex: You ordered your merchandise on 1/1/09. AYURI must receive it back no later than 1/21/09. Keep in mind that the shipment (depending on the carrier service of your choice may take 3 – 7 business days). No refund will apply to the return items received at AYURI after 21 days.

Following the instructions:

  • Send an email at boutique@ayuri.com within 12 days from your order to obtain a return confirmation number. We will email a return confirmation number back to you within 48 hours upon the recipient of your email (M – F excluding weekends/holidays).
  • After you have received that confirmation number, print it out and send it along with the return merchandise.
  • You can ship it via any carrier, but you must purchase insurance for the full amount of the merchandise and the request of the signature for the delivery since AYURI is not responsible for stolen, damaged or lost goods. Remember to keep the shipping documents along with the tracking number. This is in case you need to claim insurance with the shipping company. 

Please do not write AYURI.COM, jewelry or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation. AYURI.COM can not be responsible for return shipping losses.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will inspect and examine the merchandise and will send you an email confirmation within 7 business days. A credit will be issued accordingly. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. If a credit card was used for the purchase, we can only refund the money to the same account. AYURI will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING restocking fees of 15% of the merchandise price (if a tag was removed from the item), shipping charges (if the shipping was free for above $400 order, actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund), handling and insurance charges. Please allow one billing cycle to see your credits. Customers who return partial orders will be refunded for those particular items only.

If you decide to cancel after the place an order, send us an email at boutique@ayuri.com with the receipt number, the item # of the merchandise(s) and  your name.  We will only be able to cancel your order if the order has not been processed for the shipping.  If it has been shipped, you have to follow the return policy instruction stated above once you have received the merchandise.

For this reason, no refund will apply to the return confirmation number request email received after 25 days from the order date.
  • The item must be received at AYURI within 50 days (including weekends/holidays) from your order date.  Ex: You ordered your merchandise on 1/1/09. AYURI must receive it back no later than 2/19/09. Keep in mind that the shipment (depending on the carrier service of your choice may take 7 – 21 business days*this is not any gurantee by AYURI). No refund will apply to the return items received at AYURI after 50 days.

we can only refund the money to the same account in US Dollar (the, it will convert to the currency conversion rate in a resident of your country and there may be difference in total amount – less or more you have paid originally depending on the currency conversion rate at that time).  AYURI will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING  restocking fees of 15% of the merchandise price (if a tag was removed from the item), insured shipping charges, handling charges and any other incurred charges such as duties. Please allow one billing cycle to see your credits. Customers who return partial orders will be refunded for those particular items only.

AYURI would like to express to you that any information being collected on this web site will not be distributed to any third party company which does not directly deal with the processing of your order (shipping companies).

Your information, including any information taken during an off-line transaction such as by phone and/or e-mail may only be distributed to companies such as your financial institution of your credit card or to a shipping carrier wishing to deliver goods.

All information collected on this Web Site is encrypted.
